As patrons and donors of our 2015 Arizona Agricultural Experience, we are proud to announce the dates for our upcoming Event; March 8th, 9th, and 10th, 2016.

Next years event promises to be even bigger and better than our Inaugural year. Our host hotel will be the Crowne Plaza San Marcos Golf Resort, in Chandler, Arizona. We have booked a block of rooms at a special discount rate of $179 per room, per night, + tax. Please visit their website at The rooms are available until December 7th, 2015. It is important to hold your room with your credit card # before that date. You can always cancel the room if you decide to stay at another venue. The hotel is located in downtown Chandler, and there are lots of fine Restaurants and Sports bars within walking distance.

We have many new and exciting surprises in store for our guests at the upcoming event, such as another Charity Golf Tournament at the beautiful San Marcos Golf Resort, on the grounds of the hotel, more Agricultural tours, a whole host of informative and interesting meetings, and (new this year) a Welcome Dinner, on the evening of Tuesday the 8th, held in the Grand Pavilion on the hotel grounds. The Dinner will include a cocktail reception outside beforehand, and our guest speaker this year will be Keni Thomas, Army Ranger in the “Blackhawk Down” mission, award-winning Country Music artist, and part of the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. You can learn more about Keni at

The Announcement packet will be mailed to you on or about the 1st of September, which will include all the packages available along with dates and time of all events. Again, if you plan to attend, please make sure that you reserve your hotel room (s) by no later than December 7th, 2015.

All of us in the Pinal 40 Foundation appreciate your support and attendance at our 2015 Event, which brought in over $180,000 toward our cause. We look forward to seeing old friends and making new ones at the upcoming Arizona Agricultural Experience!
